Campus Overview

Endicott College is a small, private four-year college located on the scenic North Shore of Massachusetts, offering an intimate academic environment with approximately 2,500 undergraduate students. The college provides a close-knit, personalized educational experience with a strong emphasis on experiential learning and professional development.

Location & Setting Located in Beverly, Massachusetts, the campus is a suburban coastal setting with direct access to both ocean and metropolitan Boston. The campus sits on 235 acres of scenic oceanfront property, providing a picturesque and tranquil academic environment just 20 miles north of Boston.

Campus Life With its small student population, Endicott offers a tight-knit community where students know each other and interact closely. On-campus housing is guaranteed for all four years, with a variety of residence options from traditional dormitories to suite-style living. The campus has an active social scene with numerous clubs, events, and opportunities for engagement, though it lacks a traditional Greek life system.

Student Body The student population is predominantly from the Northeast United States, with a growing number of international students. Students tend to be career-focused, with a practical approach to education and a strong interest in internships and professional experience. The campus has a collaborative, supportive atmosphere with students who are typically motivated and academically engaged.

Academics Endicott is known for its comprehensive internship program, requiring every student to complete multiple professional internships before graduation. Strong academic programs include business, nursing, marine sciences, and visual and performing arts. The college offers a blend of liberal arts and professional studies with a hands-on, experiential learning approach.

Athletics & Sports Competing in NCAA Division III, Endicott offers 23 varsity sports teams. The Gulls have strong programs in several sports, with competitive teams in baseball, soccer, and basketball. The athletic culture is supportive, with significant campus pride and participation in school sports events.

Lifestyle & Weather New England coastal climate features distinct four seasons: cold winters with snowfall, mild springs, warm summers, and colorful autumns. A car can be helpful but is not absolutely necessary, as the campus is relatively compact and public transportation is available. Nearby recreational opportunities include beach activities, hiking, and exploring Boston's cultural offerings.
